The Puma Story
 Norco Equipment and Puma
"Changing the Game"

Norco Equipment and Puma were formed quietly in 2009 when a team of industry veterans slowly began building the foundation for a clean-sheet venture around a game changing business philosophy. What is this game changing philosophy? To paraphrase the Lou Holtz Platinum Rule it is, approach the market in a manner that treats customers in the way they would like to be treated. This is not a new philosophy, just one that is sometimes difficult to employ in today’s tough economy. Machines are becoming ever more complex in an environment of tightening aftermarket support resources. Equipment end users are looking for simple, yet productive machines that are easy to maintain. These two conflicting trends have created a value gap in the market. Closing this value gap by providing machines with the right degree of technology backed by customer tailored aftermarket support would be truly innovative - a genuine ‘game changer’ in today’s equipment market!

Enter Norco Equipment – a new and innovative company that not only offers a broad range of practical products, but has employed the right people and given its team the mandate to treat customers the way they would like to be treated. Norco Equipment was founded on the principle of operating like a small company; quick, fast and with the attention to detail and superior customer service that a customer would expect.

Under the Puma, Dynamic, and ADC Custom brands, Norco Equipment has assembled an impressive lineup of products serving various specialty markets such as Forestry, Bioenergy, Recycling, Solid Waste, Demolition, Material Handling, and Agriculture…with more to come. While Norco Equipment is a clean sheet company, these aren’t clean sheet designs. Norco Equipment has strategically acquired companies and product lines that have been developed by knowledgeable industry experts and refined through years of infield use and customer feedback. More importantly, these industry experts are now part of the Norco Equipment team and have partnered with us as we continue to improve the product lines.

The Puma product line includes Forwarders, Harvesters, Firewood Processors, and Attachments with an initial focus on the Forestry and Bioenergy markets. Puma’s manufacturing facility is located in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin, about 30 miles north of Green Bay. The facility is approximately 75,000 square feet with the flexibility to expand when needed.

A great facility is nothing without great people. The newly assembled Puma team has deep heavy equipment engineering, development, and manufacturing experience. Every team member is excited about the future of the company and understands that in order to be successful they need to build quality machines and take care of their customers.

The right equipment under one roof from one supplier and backed by a customer focused sales and support team is the right combination. Today, Norco Equipment is truly an innovative game changer.
